New Stuff
- CTF
- Flag return mechanics have been reworked
- Flags now take considerably longer to return to base (10s -> 60s)

- Return time is now indicated by a meter above the flag when dropped
- Flag movement when held by players is now smoother for clients
- Outfitter Hub Event
- Interact to save your currently equipped loadout
- Select saved loadouts to equip saved weapons, artifacts and active item
- Set Outfit Mode Setting
- Select a saved outfit; all players will enter battle with chosen loadout
- Mouse over tooltips
- Some settings options now have tooltips to better explain the options
- Weapon drop setting option changed to "Loadout Options"
- "Classic" is the previous weapon drop mode, where players start with default speargun and must pickup weapons from spawners or defeated enemies
- "Custom" lets players start off with the weapons they have chosen in the hub. Instead of weapon spawners, ammo pickups will appear instead
- "Random" causes all players to have randomized weapons whenever they spawn.

- fading for ragdoll frags
- Particles for invincibility, blindness, respawn foreshadowing, ammo pickups

- Fixed bug causing laggy clients to desync at the start of matches
- Fixed client player processing dropthrough platforms incorrectly
Muh Balance
